Shuttle was extremely slow - waited almost 40 minutes. Front desk staff was unprofessional and slow Decor and appointments were unexceptional and cluttered I was expecting more for a $200 room

Pros (+) It was nice enough. Good value for what we paid.
Cons (-) The doors slam by design. Don't look forward to sleeping in as guests move out anywhere on the floor "BAM" at any odd hour. Also, don't plan on the breakfast. I've seen some places do really well with all the restrictions, but Comfort Inn just through a mandarin, a Capri Sun and some oatmeal in a plain paper bag. Schedule to spend on Grubhub or some other nightmare "platform" delivery. Double bonu...

Pros (+) I liked that it was close to a Link Station and had restaurants and convenient stores a few blocks away. The room was clean and enough for the two nights that we stayed at the hotel. The breakfast included both hot and cold selections.

Cons (-) I disliked 90% of my stay. The room was nasty!! Sheet, pillow cases and comforter was stained and dirty. I took pictures to prove this. The carpet apparently wasn't vacuumed there was dirty areas on the floor in the restroom as if it wasn't moped, desk wasn't clean. Look I travel frequently and this has been the worst ever.
