Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing transportation. The staff is frequently described as friendly, helpful, and welcoming. However, many guests found the rooms, especially single rooms, to be very small and sometimes awkwardly arranged. Cleanliness generally receives positive remarks, though a few reviews mention issues with noise and air conditioning. Breakfast is mentioned as satisfactory but not outstanding. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and service, with room size being the main drawback.
