Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it easy to access city attractions on foot. The staff is frequently described as friendly, attentive, and helpful, contributing positively to guests' experiences. Many reviewers also note the hotel offers good value for money, especially for budget travelers. However, there are widespread complaints about cleanliness, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, mold, and inadequate hygiene. Some guests also report uncomfortable beds and noise disturbances. Overall, while the location and service are highlights, improvements in cleanliness and comfort are needed.
