Everything was great, clean, safe, courteous, - but - there were no promo's for gambling, cocktail bars, restaurants...etc.....usually there are some 'nice' or t.y. bonuses. Sigh........

Horrible. Move rooms twice as there were bedbugs found in the first room and a leaking a/c unit in the second room with black mold behind the wallpaper. Staff was helpful, but management was not accommodating and wouldn't even speak to us. Have to wait for the pest control's report before even being able to discuss compensation, which is 7-15 business days. No assurance that we weren't transferrin...

Free 2 bottles of water each day and fresh towels. We stayed 5 nights and they changed the sheets once and made the bed each day. The water got hot very quickly. Felt very safe there.

Pros (+) It was fairy clean
Cons (-) Staff was ambivenlent, or even rude. Room was in poor shape, heater didn't work, nor did hot water. Tiles falling off of wall. Staff didn't come fix water, was rude and dismissive. Never staying here again and telling everyone I know this place is poorly run
