Pros (+) This is a small privately owned enterprise that provides a clean and simple room and quiet atmosphere.
Pros (+) They were eco friendly and great place to stay for the low cost. Liked that I could still get a discount (military/AARP) even though I was already getting a great rate. Very clean and very modern bathroom.
Cons (-) Only down side was the very thin walls and no air conditioning in the room.
