Pros (+) Staff was friendly / helpful. Breakfast was included and had a great variety of foods. Room had reasonable amount of space and plenty of storage areas. Location is very hard to beat: 2 blocks to beach; close to restaurants on Ben Yehuda and Bograshov; close to Carmel Market.
Cons (-) Due to large groups, lobby was often crowded, as was dining area at breakfast. However, crowds never caused long delay for us. Hotel did not have printers available for printing airline boarding passes. Front desk staff offered me to e-mail boarding passed for them to print (but my airline did not include that option). Trash can in bathroom had not been emptied, and bathroom had faint "off" odor.
