Most guests highly appreciate the hotel's central location, which is convenient for exploring the city and accessing local attractions. However, there are frequent complaints about the cleanliness of rooms and bathrooms, uncomfortable beds, and outdated facilities. Several guests mention issues with the lack of personal service and the check-in process, as well as problems with value for money. Despite these drawbacks, the location remains the standout positive aspect for most visitors.
