Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it convenient for exploring Tours. Cleanliness and comfortable beds were frequently highlighted as positives, along with friendly and helpful staff. However, many guests were disappointed by the lack of air conditioning, especially during hot weather, and several mentioned noise from the street or nearby establishments as a drawback. The absence of an elevator and limited breakfast options were also noted by some. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location, cleanliness, and comfort, but improvements could be made regarding amenities and noise insulation.
