Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore Venice's main attractions. The staff received high marks for their friendliness and helpfulness, and many guests enjoyed the breakfast options. However, several reviews noted that the hotel and rooms are old and in need of renovation, with cleanliness and maintenance issues such as dust, broken fixtures, and worn-out furniture. Small room and bathroom sizes were also a common complaint, though these were sometimes offset by the convenience of the location and the quality of service.
