Overview

Beside Juliet's tomb in Verona, the Best Western Plus Hotel De Capuleti, Verona, Italy, is a refurbished hotel just a couple of hundred metres from the Roman Arena, with elegantly furnished rooms, some featuring wooden-beam ceilings, free Wi-Fi, a wellness centre, and an elegant cocktail lounge. A rich buffet breakfast features fresh cakes and pastries baked daily. The city's sights are an easy stroll through the old centre. Verona is a romantic old city on a bend of the Adige River, famous as the setting of Romeo and Juliet. The great Roman Arena still stages summer opera under the stars. The old centre is home to frescoed palaces, piazzas, Juliet's balcony, and stone bridges across the river leading to a hilltop castle and gardens. Vineyards and the shores of Lake Garda lie a short drive to the west. - CIR: 023091-ALB-00018, CIN: IT023091A1DO5QAUY8
