Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, as well as its convenient location near shopping and restaurants. Many found the beds to be comfortable and appreciated amenities like the pool and breakfast options. Cons (-) The room, pillows, sheets, etc all smelled musty. Asked for an extra bottle of shampoo and conditioner and was told that housekeeping must have hid them. Expected better from a Hampton owned hotel.
