Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's breakfast as a standout feature, describing it as ample, varied, and enjoyable. The location is also frequently praised for its convenience to attractions and public transport, though a few reviews mention safety concerns or a lack of nearby services at night. Opinions on service are mixed, with some guests noting friendly and helpful staff, while others experienced rudeness or insufficient housekeeping. Cleanliness receives criticism, with several guests reporting dirty rooms, stains, and maintenance issues. Value for price is seen as reasonable by some, but high parking fees and extra charges are a recurring complaint.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) The front desk lady was nice
Cons (-) Hotel is out dated. I booked a room with a tub and didn’t get one when I checked it. Elevators took forever to come. Seemed like a 1 star hotel
Pros (+) Everything was so good. Breakfast was yummy. Front desk staff nice and helpful.
Pros (+) Proximity to friends and airport

Same thing happened when I called the front desk from my room. Not sure what the issue was since the staff was always courteous and helpful when I interacted with them in person. Room was only cleaned 2 out of the 4 days that I was there even though I was ou...
