Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's breathtaking location, historic charm, and friendly, helpful staff. Many appreciated the unique atmosphere and character of the building, as well as the beautiful views and convenient access to the town and natural surroundings. The dining experience, especially in the restaurant and lounge, was generally well received, though breakfast opinions were mixed. Some guests noted issues with noise due to thin walls or creaky floors, and a few mentioned the lack of modern amenities such as air conditioning or in-room coffee makers. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience was described as memorable and worth the visit, especially for those seeking a historic and scenic getaway.
