Pros (+) Location to the Boardwalk is extremely convenient.
Cons (-) The room was cold and uncomfortable. The furniture was old and stained. Bathroom plumbing old and seemed ready to break. Dirty caulking around tub. Towels were old, thin and disintegrating. Overall, we were not happy and uncomfortable.
