Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to local attractions like parks and Bush Gardens. Many found the breakfast options satisfactory, with some highlighting longer breakfast hours and fresh offerings. However, cleanliness was a major concern in several reviews, with mentions of mold, dirty carpets, and unpleasant odors. Service was generally neutral, with some positive remarks about helpful staff but also complaints about maintenance and room service. Room size and layout were occasionally mentioned, with mixed feedback. Overall, while the location and breakfast were positives, cleanliness and maintenance issues detracted from the experience.

Cons (-) Rooms are small, smelly and the customer service is terrible. Not enough towels in the room. The bathroom seems like wasn’t cleaned thoroughly or properly sanitized.

I’ve slept in better beds on deployment. The staff was not especially helpful. The breakfast was $10 per adult and kids ate free. Seems like a good deal but honestly the free breakfasts at most other hotels I’ve stayed at w...
