Pros (+) The place was very clean. The price was the lowest I found online. The location was perfect for my business trip. The room had everything you might need - wifi, nice tv, microwave, mini fridge, etc. Great value for the money. Will definitely stay again if/when I come back to the Dells.
Cons (-) The room was a bit small but I really don't need a lot of space anyway.

Pros (+) I love how helpful the front desk guy was. He truly went the extra mile to make me feel welcome, he was super friendly and nice. He provided balls so my kids could play and unwind. It was great. He also recommended some places to dine in at. He was overall wonderful! The price of the room was perfect. It was a nice basic room. I did love that in addition to the traditional shampoo , conditioner an...
Cons (-) The 18 yr old who cleaned my room did a bad job making my bed. He just threw the blanket on top of the bed on a angle and the sheets under were rolled down..... I wasn't very content with his lack of effort. The truth is if that's the worst part of my stay I'd say it's a great place!
