Pros (+) The room was comfortable and the staff was great, but the facility overall needs a lift. The corridor between the two buildings was so narrow that getting stuck behind a group or a small child actually resulted in a noticeable delay. The smoking area was too close to the door - I had to walk through a cloud to get inside. The elevators were old and small and slow.
