Pros:Hotel and room were very clean
Cons:There was no water for a while, but it was quickly fixed

Cons:the air conditioning was turning off and on which had the room very uncomfortable when taking a shower the water pressure went down to almost nothing for 2 minutes
Pros:Customer service and super comfy beds
Cons:Not sound proof! I could hear toilet seats dropping, guy next door sneezing, toilets flushing and every conversation in the hall way. My apt is way more sound proof.
Pros:Our son lives nearby & I love that I can walk from this hotel to his apt which is in the Addison "village". There is also a beautiful park that I & my service dog love to walk in. We stayed here when it was the Holiday Inn & everything was clean, well-kept & easy. The change to Radisson has brought renovation & new staff. Let's just say they have a ways to go before it's complete & comparable to the HI days.
Cons:Short-staffed. The front desk was often un-manned. The once cheerful dining area is now closed. There used to be self serve coffee & water. Not anymore. The once beautiful lobby is now a jumbled mess. One of the two elevators was out of order. The renovations make the hotel look unkept & disorganized. The trash cans outside seemed to always be over-flowing. Their wifi was inadequate. I did use the pool & it was clean & refreshing.
Pros:Room was spacious and clean even though it was a bit old.
Cons:The elevators are old and didn't feel safe.

Pros:Holiday inn at tulsa you get free beak fast and the price is the same. Here u pay extra if u want breakfast. Elevators are squeekie. Dint feel safe

Cons:There was a water problem that they thought was originating from our room so they called and woke us up at 1:30 in the morning to have us check, which was understandable. However, we were kept up almost all night with them hooping and hollering about it in the lobby which we could here loudly from our room. They continued to bother us the next day about it even after they found it was not our room. There was also a homeless person asleep in the stairwell inside the building. This made my wife feel very unsafe.
