Cons (-) There was no water for a while, but it was quickly fixed

Cons (-) the air conditioning was turning off and on which had the room very uncomfortable when taking a shower the water pressure went down to almost nothing for 2 minutes

Pros (+) Customer service and super comfy beds
Cons (-) Not sound proof! I could hear toilet seats dropping, guy next door sneezing, toilets flushing and every conversation in the hall way. My apt is way more sound proof.
