  Terrible flight

  Pros: Terrible because I was standing in the inner gate area waiting for my friend who had to run to immigration and the plane took off without anyone telling me. I was going to get on when it was ready to leave but didn't have the chance. When I went to the aeomexico ticket booth to get a new ticket they were going to charge me an exorbitant price so I went to American Airlines. I also had to sleep in Mexico City which cost Me an additional $550. All in all the missing of my flight cost me over $1000. I'm so mad about it. Lynn Fecteau 305-854-0891

  Busy mexico city airport

  Pros: Flight was fine. Good staff on board and nice food etc.

  Cons: Arrived at MEX to get through thousands of people at immigration and customs. Ended up missing my connection by a meer few minutes because of the sheer volume. Aeromexico could have waited a few mins for me as they knew I had arrived from London but didn't wait for me so I was rather annoyed by this. Aeromexico even agreed with me that the airport was overly busy so I think they should have accounted for this. To top it off I found out later that the connection flight had been delayed so not impressed,I'm sure they could have got me on board.

  Pros: Flight was fine. Good staff on board and nice food etc.

  Cons: Arrived at MEX to get through thousands of people at immigration and customs. Ended up missing my connection by a meer few minutes because of the sheer volume. Aeromexico could have waited a few mins for me as they knew I had arrived from London but didn't wait for me so I was rather annoyed by this. Aeromexico even agreed with me that the airport was overly busy so I think they should have accounted for this. To top it off I found out later that the connection flight had been delayed so not impressed,I'm sure they could have got me on board.

  Ok. Delivers what you pay for.

  Pros: Good service and very attentive crew. Aircraft new and clean.

  Cons: Screens don't move. Limited selection of movies and even fewer options for younger kids. Bag drop chaotic. Busy queues but very few personnel manning the desks.

  Aeromexico disappoints over and over

  Cons: After 4 gate changes and 2 plane changes on a 12:45 am red ey.e, Aeromexico staff gave us no updates to be able to plan or manage our wait time. In total we stood for four hours being told by clueless staff that we would leave in 15 minutes every 15 minutes. This led to desperate passengers standing at our various gates for hours with no food and nowhere to go: one of the older passengers eventually fainted and hit her head on a row divider, to which the doe-eyed Aeromexico staff did nothing, not even to bring the woman (now on the floor) a pillow for her head. A horrible experience in customer service. I have complained directly to Aeromexico but naturally have received no response.

  Terrible flight

  Pros: Terrible because I was standing in the inner gate area waiting for my friend who had to run to immigration and the plane took off without anyone telling me. I was going to get on when it was ready to leave but didn't have the chance.
