Cons: After 4 gate changes and 2 plane changes on a 12:45 am red ey.e, Aeromexico staff gave us no updates to be able to plan or manage our wait time. In total we stood for four hours being told by clueless staff that we would leave in 15 minutes every 15 minutes. This led to desperate passengers standing at our various gates for hours with no food and nowhere to go: one of the older passengers eventually fainted and hit her head on a row divider, to which the doe-eyed Aeromexico staff did nothing, not even to bring the woman (now on the floor) a pillow for her head. A horrible experience in customer service. I have complained directly to Aeromexico but naturally have received no response.
