Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guest reviews for this hotel are mixed. Many guests strongly criticized the cleanliness, describing dirty bathrooms, dusty rooms, and poor hygiene. Several reviews also mention a lack of basic amenities, such as hot water, working lifts, and clean towels. Service was often described as rude or unhelpful, though a few guests did appreciate friendly staff. On the positive side, the hotel's location is frequently praised for its proximity to the Taj Mahal and convenience. A few guests also felt the hotel offered good value for money, and some found the property clean and well-maintained. Overall, while the location is a highlight, cleanliness and amenities need significant improvement.
