Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's friendly and accommodating staff, convenient location, and satisfying breakfast options. However, many were frustrated by the frequently broken elevator, which caused inconvenience for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting well-kept rooms while others reported dirty facilities or maintenance issues. Overall, the positive service and breakfast experience stood out, but operational and cleanliness concerns detracted from some stays.

Beautiful hotel. Our room had a suite for the kids which was so nice to be able to put them to bed and close the door. Breakfast was great. A chef makes custom omelets and pancakes and all the other pre-made items were fairly good. Pool was cold. No hot tub. Extensive exercise equipment.
