8.8 Excellent
Pros: Walking distance to the beach and great roof view
Cons: The staff barely knew English and it made it hard.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: We spent 14 nights in Hotel Bellevue so I believe we have a thorough understanding of staying at this hotel. The view from our room or from our bedroom is beautiful. Perhaps 100 feet out is the Mediterranean and looking to our left is a perfect view of the town. Our double tiered terrace is approximately 270 feet across. Bedroom and bathroom sizes very good clean modern and the host Thomas will help with anything.
Cons: There was nothing we didn’t like.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: good
Cons: I had to bring a shampoo
6.5 Good
Pros: Amazing views from balcony and within walking distance to town. Reasonable prices at bar and breakfast.
Cons: I booked two rooms with view to ocean, when I arrived I was told only one sea view room was available but that I would be refunded for difference and be moved next night. I did not receive sea view room and upon checkout they didn't refund money but instead came up with other "fees" that they "would not charge me to be even". One night I did not have remote to AC in room, left it there that morning. Front desk person was not helpful at all and didn't care to go looking for another, said each room had a different remote and couldn't be shared. I did not appreciate his attitude, although in a beautiful location I will not be staying there again. There are plenty other hotels with better service and just as beautiful views.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay at Bellevue hotel was incredible from the very start, the staff were amazing and so so kind. Brilliant location and a nice walk down to Amalfi. The rooms were exceptionally clean, tidy and spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely hotel and very helpful staff. Very good ample buffet breakfast.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’m hesitant to post a review. The hotel is fabulous and letting more people know about it might make might future stay harder to procure. The hotel IS as nice as it looks. The view from the room exactly as in photos. It’s so close to the bus stop. Like across the street and up 20 feet. If you’ve read about getting around the coast, this is key. Taxis are expensive. I mean like only in worse case do you want to take one when can use public transport. The price for rooms is incredible. And the staff. Like staying with family. So welcoming. Oh and clean? Eat off the floors. Loved the shower head. Like a waterfall.
Cons: Pillows a bit... but I don’t expect everything to my tastes.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, and very warn staff.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: Convenience to public transportation in a town full of steps. Lovely breakfast room with view and helpful in suggesting smaller, less touristy restaurants. Although on a busy street facing the harbor, my room was quiet at night, which was a bonus. I would go back.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant room decor with a great view. Loved the location -being in central Amalfi, and the complimentary water and delicious Amarettos worked as a lovely treat. Staff were super friendly and helpful and views from the restaurant at breakfast and for late night teas were lovely.
Cons: Didn't really have enough time to use or see the facilities such as the swimming pool etc so cannot give comment on this. The breakfast options for pescatarians were a bit limiting with the exception of one of the 4 days of our stay, but was nice all the same.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The very attentive staff
3.1 Mediocre
Pros: Staff is really nice but the place needs work.
Cons: we had ants in the room, safe didn't work in the room. the staff doesn't speak any english there was mold on the AC. the bed was uncomfortable the water didn't run properly. I wish we spent more money and stayed somewhere else. It was our honeymoon too
7.9 Good
Pros: The view from the rooms and restaurants is amazing! It’s easy to access to the center of town.
Cons: There was no handy shower in the bathroom.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was perfect with an unbelievable view of the Amalfi coastline--which was just outside the door! An easy walk to the beachfront--or into the square of the village for restaurants, shopping, people watching, etc. An extraordinary experience on all levels. And the rooms, the veranda, and the staff at Marina Riviera was just exemplary. Breakfast choices were wonderful as well. Highly, highly recommend.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great room with a balcony and spa bath overlooking the town and the sea. Staff were all lovely and very welcoming. Pool and terrace area were great. Whole hotel was very clean with modern facilities. Location excellent, very easy to get in to town. Breakfast was very tasty with a beautiful terrace option.
Cons: Not sure if it’s because it was November, but we couldn’t seem to control the air con in our room - it seemed like it was being centrally controlled and the room was a little hot at times. There isn’t any parking on site, but the main town car park was very close. Entrance to the hotel is on a main road, so part of the walk is a little treacherous. But all part of the charm!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about the hotel. The suite was large and modern. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The views were fantastic. Easy walk to the city.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A real gem. The position could not be better and the view from our balcony was stunning. The rooms are modern, clean and very comfortable.
Cons: We could not fault this hotel and we would certainly recommend it to others.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Concierge was kind enough to offer to move us to a better room with a view the second night. Lovely location, good breakfast, great views, attentive staff. Regular shuttle to town. We arrived by boat direct to hotel dock which was pretty cool.
Cons: Beds / bed sheets and quilts / comforters very uncomfortable. With the price we are paying these could be upgraded from 1970 standards. Also a bit skimpy on things like bottled water in room. Wedding was at hotel on the second night we were there which was a little annoying with loud guests but hotel managed things pretty well.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff in the reception and pool were all so helpful. Location and access to the water for swimming!
Cons: None
10.0 Excellent
Pros: absolutely loved it, great view staff and amenities. Also breakfast and the restaurant was wonderful. Cant wait to go back.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was fantastic
6.3 Good
Pros: View was amazing, good location, appreciated the shuttle service to/from town
Cons: Pillows for sleeping were awful, room decor was dated, ate dinner at Il Glicene and it was horrible and overpriced. Wait staff hovers and you can’t have a private conversation -risotto was crunchy. My husband ordered an omelette for breakfast - there is a ridiculous system where they must write it down on a pad, the wait staff tells the chef what to make and they then deliver it to you. On 2 separate occasions my husband never got the omelette - it was delivered to someone else - and they accepted it!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All the staff was very helpful smiling. The breakfast was so perfect no missing items, the shuttle was on time and it was for free .the smell in all over the spaces was something very impressive, the green spaces around the bungalow was very beautiful ,the sunset and the dawn not to be missed if I go back to amalfi sure i will be back to this hotel nothing else ..i advice and recommend this hotel .keep on going this good work, gooduck .by the way I am a writing this review as an expert in hospitality owning a five stars hotel in Lebanon/byblos ,MAXIMUS hotel.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: great location , superb staff, beautiful views
Cons: breakfast is a bit mediocre
7.5 Good
Pros: Perfect location, close to everything. I have stayed in Amalfi often, so I knew where I wanted to be. We paid extra for a balcony and a sea view. The balcony was great but the room was on the first floor and the view was more of the trees with glimpses of the sea and boats. I was very disappointed. I asked if they could change us to a room with a better view, but they didn’t. The breakfast was great.
Cons: They gave us a room on the first floor so there was only a view of trees with glimpses of the sea and boats. We paid extra to have a sea view so this view was very disappointing. All the sea view rooms on higher floors have excellent sea views. I asked them to change our room but they didn’t. Also the trim around the door to our room had a finish nail sticking out on which I snagged my $100 knit top. I told the staff and they sent someone to pound the nail in. I showed them the hole in my top. They seemed unconcerned, so I had to ask what they could do for me. They had a woman “repair” it. After she sewed it, you could obviously see the stitching right in front. I said that that is not acceptable. They said you can just wear that side in back! I know none of those ladies would wear a top repaired like that. I told them I paid $100 for the top. They offered me $10. That was an insult. They finally paid me 46 euro for it. I shouldn’t have had to negotiate that! The staff was not our favorite on this trip, to say the least. If I were training this staff I would have told them to be nice to the tourists. When I showed them the hole in my top they should have said, “I am sorry, what can we do to make it right?” Or something like that. It was obvious that the nail sticking out caused the hole!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Spotting the hotel from the ferry we knew we had made the right decision. It was a nice flat walk from the terminal. The hotel is family run and everyone was very helpful and interested in their customers. Our room had a gorgeous view out to Naples Bay and was generous in its size and very comfortable. Breakfast was varied and more than ample and the seating has views out to the water - beautiful.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Clean room and property, views and balcony
Cons: No service on 4th flight bar, this was one reason we chose the hotel, but no staff were there when we went up

1.0 Poor
Pros: Perfect very clean and hose keeping was amazing!!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The room had an amazing view out to sea. The bed was the comfiest I’d slept in all holiday. The staff were all great. The breakfast was perfect, particularly when taken outside on the balcony. Plus, the place has some history. Also, the owner the tower facing which had a private pool and decking area down by the sea.
Cons: It’s no fault of the hotel but you should be aware that there’s no real pavement down to the centre of town. It’s only a two minute walk so you either do it against the single lane traffic or there was a pedestrian tunnel a bit further up from the hotel.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Pleasant older hotel at the edge of Amalfi center. Our room had a spectacular view from a large balcony. Attentive staff and good breakfast. Easy walk to local restaurants. Valet parking was much appreciated! Dinner at the hotel was quite good.
Cons: A bit old fashioned, but that is part of the charm.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent Customer service Location if the hotel is amazing with a beautiful ocean view and over the main amalfi coast road. They offer a valet parking service with reservation. Room #11 has 2 bedroom with an amazing ocean views , a big shared closet in the room lobby, A/C . The room is located across the claustro and in the same floor of reception and the restaurant and the elevator. The breakfast us awesome with cold and hot items and fresh coffee and wit beautiful views of the amalfi coast.

Pros: It was in a quiet part of town

Cons: I did not like leaving.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: One of the best views on the coast, beautiful, great breakfast.
6.0 Good
Pros: The view is nice but overall the room is cramped
Cons: We booked two days but the bed was so small in the junior suite which was advertised as a large double was more like a large single. Very uncomfortable sleep so we ended up booking somewhere else for the second night. Other half was not allowed to bring a coffee down to my room at breakfast which was a bit moody.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great stuff!! But they should change the mattress it was very uncomfortable!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: -Fantastic view and room -Breakfast all you can eat -2 in 1 heater and air-con, can open all the time (some hotel use central heater and usually close in the morning)
6.0 Good
Pros: The amazing view
Cons: The manager smokes inside constantly (with the window open) the entire hotel stinks of smoke constantly
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stayed for 2 nights and had an amazing break. The views from the hotel are amazing, definitely worth booking a sea view room. Breakfast was included with nice fresh pastries. Only a 15/20 minute walk from the town and beach. Staff were lovely and even helped us when our arranged taxi did not show up. Would 100% book again!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were so glad and happy we stayed at the Ninfa. First of all, Maurizio was very welcoming. He recommended really good places to eat and gave us some very helpful tips. Also, the rest of the staff was great. Hotel is just perfectly located at walking distance from Amalfi and Conca dei Marini. La Ninfa definitely exceeded our expectations. Stayed at room 5 and the minute we walked in, wow! just thrilling. It’s has one of the most stunning ocean and Costiera Amalfinata views! Also, has this amazing balcony that you will feel you own the world/ feel the Amalfi vives. Bathroom views just breathtaking. I have never enjoyed taking a shower just like the way I did there! You’ll be actually surprised! You can just walk down the hill to this amazing, cool beach. Really recommend a day beach at Lido Degli Artisti. Great staff, great food, paradise.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I really love that the staff there and how clean it was and the place is so comfortable and stuff was incredibly nice. Mario making sure that we got to the hotel safely for accommodating willing to get us a taxi to the airport at Naples to drive us down to the hotel and his instructions were very good. Thoroughbred communication was beyond excellent and I really love their breakfast. I Initially had lower expectations about breakfast because some of the reviews I had read, but I have to say that they had amazing breakfast. My mom and I loved everything they had including cheese, mini sausages, ham, bread, fruit, and the pastries/dessert. Even the simple croissant was delicious, and I love their cappuccino. The waiter came to make sure we always had something to drink & asked if we would like coffee every morning. I specifically loved and look forward to drinking their freshly squeezed lemon juice that I have mixed with orange juice because by itself was tart. The Only slightly inconvenient thing was that it was not right at the Amalfi coast but we were able to get some exercise to walk there, which we actually preferred instead of not getting any exercise after eating all that food. I deathly recommend walking during the morning or today because the traffic is so crazy on the cliff everywhere on the coast. In the bus system is really great actually drop you off right in front of the hotel. The view is amazing! I come back to Amalfi I am definitely going back to this place and not choosing any other place!
Cons: The bus got a little finicky but that’s about it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The complimentary breakfast was outstanding.. could not begin to list the variety of choices. Eggs were stupendous, pastries first rate. The dinner menu was high quality, some of the seriously best food we had in Campania.
Cons: Nothing. Bus picks you up and drops you off at the door. Staff is adorable.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great staff, great lemon garden, great food. You have to try pasta, was delicios.
7.0 Good
Pros: La Pergola is a cute b&b hotel, 2-3 km's away from Amalfi. That was our first trip to that region, so we just took our chances with the hotel. It has a safe private parking spot which costed 10 euros/day. There is an open buffet breakfast and it has a nice view of Amalfi coast. Mario in the front desk was very helpful and the ladies cleaning our room were so friendly and cute.. It has a lovely terrace with a beautiful lemon garden.
Cons: Being 2-3 kms away from the center does not mean too much in a lot of place, but that's an issue in Amalfi coast. The road is too narrow and has lots of hills, so you cannot walk easily to the city center, and going with car is another issue because of the parking problem. So unless you take the Sita bus with the schedule, you may be stuck in the hotel, which does not have amenities to spend your all day. Most of the staff only speak Italian, and they are not very happy when you ask for the second coffee during your breakfast. Other than that don't count on the mini bar in the room, it does not cool very well. It was a good stay but, if we knew Amalfi coast better, we would prefer staying in the center.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is about 5 minutes bus ride outside of Amalfi with a stop right outside the front door. We normally tend to eat out but couldn't be bothered bussing into and out of the town in the evening so tried the restaurant. Good move. The sciatella con vongele e cozze was superb, had it 2 nights because couldn't believe how good it was on the first night. All of the staff were both welcoming and efficient and we loved our stay there. Tip - if you're going to walk the Path of the Gods, get the Agerola bus from the terminus in Amalfi. The bus is heaving by the time that it gets to the stop nearest the hotel. Ravello is also a good day out, again easily manageable by bus.
Cons: -
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location Great restaurant Lovely helpful staff
Cons: Nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owner Michele is very friendly and the hotel is super nice! The dinner and breakfast was very delicious. You can reach Amalfi town in about 20 minutes by foot. We can recommend this place to everyone!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The balcony had a gorgeous view!
Cons: The location was up the hill and took about 30 minutes to walk down (with little to no sidewalks at certain parts of the journey) to Amalfi to catch the bus or ferry to other cities nearby. There was also a bus stop right outside of the hotel but the buses only ran every 30 minutes or so. Location was overall good but I would make sure you check the bus schedules when planning your day so that you’re not waiting outside needlessly.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The bus stops in front of the hotel (but then this contributed to the constant road traffic).
Cons: Hotel is extremely overpriced, too far from downtown Amalfi, and sits on a busy road. You can't ever open the window to enjoy the view or air because the road traffic is so severe and constant from early in the morning to after midnight. Amalfi is a 30 minute walk along the busy winding road where most of the time, there is no sidewalk. We walked where we could because the bus schedule is very unreliable. We took a bus into Positano one of the days and the bus going back was a full 2 hours late but we kept being told that it's 15 minutes away. Recommend staying closer either to downtown Positano or Amalfi. Mattress and pillows were really hard and uncomfortable. Owner scowls constantly and doesn't even acknowledge guests when they walk by him.

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good view to the Almafi coast. Good location. Free bus to Almafi city. Balcony in the room. Recommended.
Cons: Small room and bathroom.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The view from our room was the only great thing
Cons: Hard uncomfortable beds, small room, right on the busy road, like you walk out and your on the road, ac didn’t work room was very hot and very small
7.9 Good
Pros: The buffet breakfast was good and so was the shuttle. The shuttle was convenient
Cons: The single bed in the triple room was not as comfy as expected
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A Property with a view! It is away from all the tourist crowd and a good place to relax and rejuvenate. They have a shuttle bus service from the hotel to the main center of Amalfi which runs daily and almost every hour.
Cons: They were fully booked (which is a good thing for them), but since the view was so nice, we would have liked the room on the upper floor.
6.7 Good
Pros: Friendly staff, good wifi, fair location to get to the central part of Amalfi and surrounding cities
Cons: Staff very friendly but poor continental breakfast, badly worn mattresses with poor suspension and disappointing sea view without balcony were a let down for what we paid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very kind and diligent crew. Sparkling clean all over.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Loved the location with its stunning views, car parking and easy to use shuttle bus down into the town. There was a great choice of foods for breakfast and the staff were lovely.
Cons: We were a bit disappointed by the size of the room and the en-suite shower was very small, but the balcony was lovely and we were out most of the time so it wasn't too much of an issue.
6.7 Good
Pros: View from the balcony was gorgeous. Room was spotless and clean. Staff was cordial, breakfast was varied and good.
Cons: Bathroom smelt of sewers (even though it was clean). Hotel is quite far from anywhere, and as there is no restaurant on the premises, so you can't have an evening in. (They only do breakfast). You have to go out. The last shuttle bus in the morning was at 10, i would recommend 11am, as when you're on holiday, sometimes you want a lie in :)

Hotel Floridiana - Amalfi - Bedroom

9.4 Excellent (417 reviews)
Overview Reviews
With a stay at Hotel Floridiana in Amalfi, you'll be just steps from Amalfi Cathedral and Amalfi Beach. Featured amenities include a 24-hour front desk, multilingual staff, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: 1. Eva at the front desk was simply amazing, just like mother, patiently answered to all our inquiries. 2. Very clean, nice rooms, with a lot of information on what you can do in Amalfi. 3. Amazing breakfast, you can feel the best of Italian cuisine. 4. Parking lot can be arranged. If you are visiting Amalfi and Positano, I highly recommend to stay at Floridiana and use Amalfi as your base. We made a huge mistake of staying at Positano. Don't make the same mistake and just book Floridiana for the whole time you will be in Amalfi & Positano.
Cons: I could not find slippers, perhaps there were somewhere.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Before our stay at this hotel I wasn't sure if we should have booked a pricy hotel in Positano or if I had done the right decision staying in Amalfi. After visiting Positano, which I thought was an over populated tourist trap overflowing by shops selling overpriced things made in china, Amalfi was a breath of fresh air. The town is super cute, the hotel is very well located, the beds were very comfy (not extremely hard like the rest of the beds in our trip), the breakfast was great and the jacuzzi was amazing, we went at night and it was the perfect way to relax after a day of walking a lot. The staff was very friendly and they made dinner reservations per our request. Highly recommended!
Cons: Driving was a little stressful but if you follow the hotel's instructions and wait for the light and drive slow, you'll be fine.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great location in the centre of Amalfi. Super helpful welcome from the staff. Our Jun Suite was excellent and similar feelings also from our party re their rooms. Breakfast was very good, plenty of choice. We would definitely stay there again. Highly recommend this hotel
Cons: Nothing

Pros: Agnese and her team , especially Beatrice were fantastically kind, attentive & welcoming. We didn’t want to leave!
Cons: Nothing
9.2 Excellent
Pros: I could not complain about one think apart from some of the omelette not being hot but it was still delicious
Cons: The hot breakfast needs to b hot
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved our stay in Almafi and Hotel Floridiana made it even better. The staff were friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Our room was clean and very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic, which really helped as we were doing long hikes from Almafi. The location of the hotel was both a plus and minus. We were near everything but it was smack in the middle of the very crowded street. Although the hotel was on this street, our room was nice and quiet.
Cons: The location...but that is not the hotel's fault.

Pros: Amazing view and great breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The whole experience at B&B Al Pesce D'oro was great. The host was friendly, super helpful with directions and suggestions. Breakfast was more then expected, and the whole staff made us feel comfortable. The location is superb as it is very near Amalfi but not in the busy area, and also close to Positano.
Cons: We wished they would have at least mentioned construction works behind our room, which the first morning started at 07:00 am, and was not pleasant.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great, free onsite parking, room has fantastic sea view and a most enjoyable breakfast!
Cons: Steps up to the room but staff brought up our luggage hence no problem
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The place has great views of the coast and serves a wonderful breakfast. We were using public transport to commute and the staff got us tickets in advance! Our bus to Solerno got cancelled and they helped us arrange a taxi at short notice.

Pros: It's a great place between Amalfi and Positano Better with a car , the owners of the place Emilio and his wife Angela are amazing people who help everything, the room is very clean, a delicious breakfast and everything is fresh
Cons: Everything was great.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Angela's breakfasts were always amazing and delicious! Three cakes to choose from every day as well as freshly prepared omelettes and frittatas were above and beyond what we expected for breakfast! Emilio, Angela and Dominico were warm, friendly and very approachable. Thank you for a fantastic time! Beautiful remote setting away from the hustle and bustle of the Amalfi Coast with stunning vistas of the sea and mountains around us. Despite arriving 2 hours before our check in time, we were greeted warmly and served fresh orange juice and amazing chocolate cake!
Cons: My *only* gripe is that our bed in room 1 was far too hard! I did not however mention this to Emilio or Angela as I believe there wasnt much they could have done about it, and the softness of beds is very subjective.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfectly fine view and very kind people
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We spent 5 days at Solaria in July. The hosts, Emilio and Angela are lovely couple, very helpful and they made sure we have a perfect vacation. Emilio gave us lots of useful advice, what to explore, where to eat etc., helped to arrange the transfer (from/to airport) and the scooter during our stay. Room is clean, with a magnificent view over the sea. It is a quiet, lovely place on top of the hill right to the coast, so scooter is the best means of transport, strongly recommended. Angela’s breakfast is just amazing/incredible, fresh, rich and homemade, it’s a must try
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very nice location with a splendid view to the sea. The owners are very nice and helpful hosts and the breakfast is excellent, not to mention the lovely hot-tub that can be used without extra charge.
Cons: It has nothing to do with the B&B itself but transportation to the place can be tricky and unreliable. Your best bet is to rent a scooter.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Lovely clean and spacious room with huge en-suite. Our hosts Emilio and Angela made us feel very welcome. Emilio offered us lots of advice and Angela’s breakfasts were incredible!! It’s a lovely place to relax.
Cons: It was a little further away from Amalfi than we had originally realised (Our fault entirely). We found parking in Amalfi centre was limited, the Luna Rossa car park was great, but it was full some days and it was very expensive! The buses worked well though as an alternative although they don’t run late.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Angela & Emilio are exceptional nice, warm and kind. Seating in the balcony of our room, looking at the Mediterranean sea, listening to the silence, is unique and tranquil. The breakfast is great and Angela's cakes are delicious. Emilio gave us many recommendation concerning site seeing in the area. There are 2 good restaurants in the area that will send a car, free of charge, and will bring you back after dinner. Did I mention the open jacuzzi? It's great. I would have walk up to Solaria by foot.
Cons: It's located high up on the hill.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything, Amilio was amazing and give as a good device for the trip his wife gorges and a great cook They have dan every thing to satisfy us and we will be happy to come again

Pros: It was so modern, clean, central and the staff were amazing. All spoke great English and couldn’t do enough for us. Carmen the Manager is a legend. The location was right on the beach with secret tunnels leading to Duomo Plaza. We couldn’t have picked a better place.
Cons: Nothing everything was outstanding

The place is immaculate very clean. Will definitely go back. Carmen and Melissa are a pleasure to deal with and they go above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable
Cons: Nothing to dislike it was perfect! Highly recommend
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The property was amazing. Such a well appointed and beautiful room and so close to the "action". Checkin was so easy. They arranged parking for our car and someone to carry our very heavy luggage up loads of stairs. Stay here if you can - it was amazing! We are definately recommending this property to other family members travelling to Amalfi next year.
Cons: Absolutely nothing!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a fabulous boutique hotel! The location is perfect, just off the main plaza, so both convenient and quiet. I can't say enough wonderful things about the staff-- so helpful, always available, and friendly. They also offer excellent free tours that I recommend highly. They are small groups (4-5 people) with brilliant guides who give interesting historical accounts. We took the tours of both towns of Ravello and Amalfi and although we had walked the towns on our own, the tours added so much color and history to what we then understood. Additionally, the breakfast is delicious. You are given a voucher for whatever you'd like at a wonderful outdoor cafe in the plaza. This restaurant has a perfect view of the plaza, cathedral, and people watching-- with tables that feel private and quiet. We enjoyed it so much that we returned to this same restaurant for dinner on our own. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it. Be aware though, that Amalfi is very vertical and so stairs are always involved. For us, we loved the exercise, but if you have mobility issues, it could be difficult.

Pros: The location is out of this world, staff extremely friendly and very kind in helping us with our little baby.
Cons: I would leave the lovely church without music playing, we found it a little loud while visiting!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The facility is amazing, quite and very friendly staff specially Kristian and Flavia
Cons: If we take a tour in the facility before it could be better
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The view, the rooms, clean, excellent staff and polite in every sector. The location. The breakfast was super. However, for dinner the Menu was weak. They should include more ITALIAN Specialities ( different Spaghetti and Pizza ). Service of the Shuttle Bus was very reliable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the view, staff amazing, the character of the property itself!!!!
Cons: Stunning property in a beautiful location
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great staff. Beautiful view from the room, nice garden. Good breakfast.
Cons: Nothing.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location and the building. Staff nice.
Cons: We spent three days after nye. We totally understand that we were in costiera amalfitana but the room’s rate is not understandable if you consider that the room is really small and not well furnished. The service was nice but again if you pay 300 euro per night you would expect something more (ie the room’s preparation for the night etc).

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location right up the hill from the small town directly overlooking the sea. Beautiful dining facilities very nice breakfast and dinner. Staff were generally friendly.
Cons: Had problems with the air conditioning. Even though it was late October, the temps were warm enough to use the AC. Called the front desk a couple times to get the system working but a no go. Not bothersome enough though to prevent us from enjoying our stay and the beautiful views of the sea. Driving the Amalfi coast is a challenge so getting into the small parking lot is also challenging but they do have parking which is nice and a free shuttle to the town since it really isn't safe to walk along the congested narrow road to town.
5.7 Okay
Pros: The location was amazing. Every view from every angle was beautiful. The dinning room staff was also great.
Cons: The hotel staff (outside of the dinning room) couldn't have been less helpful or less knowledgeable. They could have also used a 24 hour menu.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff, especially Simone and Alfanso
7.1 Good
Pros: The property was quite small which is nice and the staff were fantastic.
Cons: The pool and sunbathing area was small and dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Pool was perfect
Cons: We had to leave!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The view from the dining room was spectacular as well as the service and friendliness of the staff!
Cons: The air conditioner struggled but was still better than nothing. Also a fan in the bathroom would be great but may just be a European design. None of the places we stayed at in Europe had bathroom fans.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: breakfast was alright.
Cons: old room
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Stunning location!
Cons: Our room number 01 was located directly below the dining room, constant noise of chairs being moved on floor & noise. Noise started at 6am for breakfast & finished 10pm onwards following dinner.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The view from our room and all over the hotel was incredible. We loved being very close to Amalfi (10 min walk) but not directly in town. The staff was very nice and attentive and knowledgeable. The pool decks built into the cliff were an amazing place to hang out for the day.
Cons: The bed wasn't the most comfortable in the world but it was fine and made up for by the rest of the hotel
6.8 Good
Pros: Nice location - sea views
Cons: Pool closed and shuttle bus advertised was not running

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Bri our first time in Amalfi this hotel was top notch ! Extremely informative and told us everything we need to know including some great food spots, how to catch buses and ferries and the times they come and go. The room itself was extremely comfortable, and high tech. Honestly one of the best stays in a hotel ive ever Done ! Thank you Hotel Amalfi i was definitely be returning during my next stay !
Cons: Everything was WONDERFUL !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was superb, and the setting on the terrace was a wonderful surprise.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Bedding and beds were very comfortable. We were kindly given upgrade as I was celebrating a big birthday! Hotel also gave us a complimentary mini bottle of Prosecco that night too. Very thoughtful.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly, lovely, polite staff. Beautiful top balcony for breakfast with beautiful views. Very good breakfast with excellent choices. Large and comfortable room, good clean bathroom with plenty of room. Location close to everything. Would stay there again. Thank you everyone!
Cons: Everything was wonderful
7.5 Good
Pros: It was very central and clean with nice breakfast room and roof terrace. Lovely restaurants and bars nearby and very convenient for using the ferry.
Cons: There were a lot of steps up from the street to the hotel entrance, which was difficult with large suitcases.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location was AMAZING. The HUGE HUGE HUUUUUGE plus here is that they do have a parking garage. There is ZERO parking in Amalfi so having that was a big help for us. The staff was beyond helpful, and everything exceeded our expectations. They did everything from recommending restaurants (which were all AMAZING) to booking a yacht tour for us. I was also fearful of my lack of speaking Italian, but the staff (and basically every I Italian we met) spoke English extremely well so even communication was easy. Actually, I would say communication as a whole was exceptional. We were emailing back and forth prior to the trip, and as we were arriving because getting to the hotel can be tricky with a car. If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Amalfi I HIGHLY recommend you stay with Hotel Amalfi. They are right in the heart of the historic area (HUGE plus if you love walking and exploring). They are a short five-minute walk to the beach/several restaurants/ the boat docks for ferries and chartered boats/ shopping / and the town square. The staff is extremely helpful and sweet, and our room was cleaned daily!
Cons: There is not a single correction or dislike that I have with Hotel Amalfi. My husband and I went for our Honeymoon and had an amazing time. Our room and private balcony were separate from the hotel itself (it was just across from the courtyard) and was more private than I thought it was. ZERO dislikes here.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Location was good, parking on spot, had to pay but it was convenient.
Cons: Needs more cleanlines especially bedding, rooms need more furnishings.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Breakfast was the best in our 7 hotels’ trip with a stunning view from the terrace on the 5th floor. The parking cost €30 per day but it’s the best option in the area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I can also mention that the rooms was renovated lately.

Pros: The location, high above the town of Amalfi is amazing, although a consideration if you suffer from vertigo. The free shuttle to Amalfi town is a great idea and allows you to indulge in the amazing restaurants and bars without having to worry about driving or taxis.
Cons: I was disappointed with the quality of food and the bar service which was not up to the quality available to the restaurants in town.
