Cons: "None of them reminded me of the fact that I need a transit visa for the UK (I mean, isn't it rediculous? I am just staying there for 5 hours). When I called in for cancellation at the airline, they told me to talk to my agent company Cheaptickets. Cheaptickets simply told me that I can't get any money back, and was extremely arrogant and impatient. Later (for a week I was trying to save this ticket by talking to the British Embassy to see if I can get the visa done and they are just "we can't help you") they told me that I can get a refund of like 30 SGD and they promised to send me an e-mail about it. They never ever did. I also tried to change the dates and the handling fee + fair difference was like 1200 SGD (are you joking?) they simply told me, prices fluctuate... Finally I went to the check in counter desperate. The staff even refused to talk to me about my situation because simply, "there is no BA ticket office in Singapore" and told me to call them. I said the office is closed, but they are like, yeah just call them. They swept me off like a moron. Extremely arrogant, impatient, insensitive. I paid 900 SGD for nothing and a whole week of anxiety and regret. I will never take this and I will never use Cheaptickets or Kayak"

Pros: "I had booked the Flexiplus service well in advance, when the prices were not too high. Less than 24 hours before the flight I changed my date at no extra charge. The ticket allowed me Fastrack access through the crowded Luton Airport security with minimal delay. For boarding, the gate was well segregated and I was given priority service the moment I arrived. The flight was delayed due to fog and we were kept well informed even after we had boarded. After a further delay due to fog, the cockpit was opened and passengers allowed to show their children the cockpit. The crew were always very polite and welcoming and kept everyone in good spirits. During the flight we were kept informed of progress. The front seats were also a bonus."

Point to be noted: On my way to Budapest from London I was carrying the same hand bag and I was not asked to pay extra!! Inconsistent service!"

Then you have to pay for all beverage and any food. And the seats don't recline at all to fit as many on as possible. They didn't charge for carry-on, so that was good. But they will charge 15 pounds for not printing your boarding pass if you have to get it at the counter. The agent kindly waived the fee for me because I was a US traveler and couldn't print my pass or use my phone for my boarding pass. Lovely people but bare bones travel."

Castellon is a small quiet regional airport and a pleasure to fly from and to. There are now some additional facilities being installed (food and drinks outlets) which will make the experience more comfortable."

Then it would appear they ran out of one food product which left one passenger behind us very upset and they complained. On arrival at Castellon whilst waiting for border entry passengers were queuing onto the tarmac prior to having access to the under-cover terminal. It had been raining but had unfortunately stopped. If it were raining this would not be an acceptable situation and one that Ryanair should address with the airport."
