Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, noting that the service is a standout feature of the hotel. The location is also highly rated for its convenience and proximity to attractions. Many guests appreciate the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities. However, several reviews mention that the rooms are quite small and the lack of an elevator, combined with steep and narrow stairs, can be challenging, especially for those with heavy luggage or mobility issues. Despite these drawbacks, the overall experience is positive, with guests feeling welcomed and well cared for.AI-generated from customer reviews
