Pros (+) The hotel and my room were nice. The staff is excellent,helpful and accommodating. I had a very pleasant stay here.
Cons (-) The hotel is a good distance from the city center. I think I remember reading ~ a 30 minute walk but it was more like ~50 minutes. Using public transportation, Ubers or taxis is a must.

Cons (-) Flexibility of staff. Overall standards do not meet Okura Tokyo.
