Many reviewers also highlight the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, with some mentioning positive experiences with room upgrades and useful local tips. A few guests found the beds comfortable and appreciated the value for solo travelers seeking basic accommodations. However, several reviews mention significant cleanliness issues, small room sizes, thin walls, and poor value for the price paid.
