Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy beautiful canal views. Many found the rooms spacious, comfortable, and clean, with several highlighting the charm of the suites and the convenience of amenities. However, frequent complaints were raised about the bathrooms, which were often described as small, impractical, or poorly designed. Noise from the street or other guests was also a concern for some, and a few mentioned issues with steep stairs and lack of staff presence. Overall, the positives of location, room size, and cleanliness stood out most.
