Its a train! AMAIZING
I think it´s a great idea making a hostel out of an old train and it was really cozy. The staff was SO SO nice - I really liked their good mood and their way of letting you feel welcome whenever you are coming to ask for things etc. Thanks :)
Of course there is noise from the trains but that´s what you can expect from the location. The rooms would be even nicer if you could have a curtain in the middle of the room that you can close when you go to sleep so you can´t see the others in the beds in front of you.
This is a lodge in a train so it cannot be compared to a hotel. It is a matter of perspective. If you compare to a chair, it is ok. If you compare to a hotel, it is not ok. The staff is nice and they are organized.
All bathrooms were wet. There should be some kind of sound isolation because we could hear people talking in the adjacent rooms until very late.
Great little hostel. Staff were ace and on hand 24/7
Showers only had cold water. Not sure why as taps were running hot.
Location, price, comfy beds, coffee at 5 am
The showers, far too cramped for anyone tall
