Pros (+) We liked the staff especially they were friendly helpful and always willing to assist. In future this is our goto hotel in Amsterdam
Cons (-) There is nothing we did not like. An observation though was that the smokers made a,mess of the entrance with their butts. Not a fault of the hotel but maybe you can set up a dedicated smoking area away from the entrance

Cons (-) The staff treats you as a burden. I felt really unwelcome there and I hope they are replaced by robots soon! The rooms are nice and clean.
