Very conviniently located right next to the station. The spa facilities were great and free internet in the lobby. Great value for money.
Rooms are a bit small but compared to other hotels in Japan it was pretty reasonable.

I really enjoyed their hot spring facility. The room also comfort. I can sleep & relax at room, without any noise. Except, noise from shinkansen. But almost neglect it. The internet is very fast.
The menu of breakfast, should change some time. Actually it's nice, but boring.

it's location close to the bullet train station, the price is reasonable, and the spa is wonderful
room is too small, staff didn't speak english

Staff friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable Onsen (bath) facility was excellent. Location very convenient for access to train. Breakfast was ample and fresh.
