Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently appreciate the hotel's convenient location near the airport and the availability of breakfast, which many found satisfactory. However, there are frequent complaints about the service, including inattentive or unhelpful staff, issues with room assignments, and lack of responsiveness to requests. Cleanliness is also a concern for some guests, with mentions of pests and strong odors from fumigation. Room size is noted as small by several reviewers. Overall, while the location and breakfast are highlights, improvements in service, cleanliness, and room comfort are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
