Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent central location, allowing easy access to Arequipa's main attractions on foot. The staff received consistent compliments for their friendliness, attentiveness, and helpfulness, with several guests noting exceptional service. The breakfast, often served on a terrace with beautiful views, was described as varied, abundant, and delicious. Many appreciated the cleanliness of the rooms and common areas. However, some guests mentioned that certain rooms and bathrooms were small, and a few noted issues with noise or lack of an elevator. Overall, the positive aspects far outweighed the negatives, making this hotel highly recommended by most reviewers.
