Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently noted significant cleanliness issues, including dirty bedding, unemptied bins, pests, and lack of housekeeping. Noise was also a recurring problem, with many reporting disturbances from other guests and poor soundproofing. Service experiences varied, with some staff described as helpful or friendly, while others were considered rude or unresponsive. Despite these drawbacks, several guests highlighted the hotel as offering good value for money, especially for short stays or for those prioritizing budget over comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews
