Cons: "They have a terrible communication problem, they never communicated why the flight was late, they never communicated what they were doing or what was happening. Bad customer service. Bad communication with the client. They told us when I asked several times that we would not lose our connection and that everything was fine and that was not the case. We lost the connection. No one told us anything. Another problem was that the girl in the boarding process removed the suitcases tickets from the boarding pass and did not want to return them, and held it without any cause. The flight staff went looking for us. Pretty sad and disappointed by their service. I understand that they were causes outside the airline but must communicate to the client. They cannot remain silent and say nothing."
Cons: "Comfort plus seats need some work. Very thin padding on a hard seat. The leg rest needs to come up higher so you don’t slide down while semi reclined. Nice compromise between business and coach though."
Cons: "No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not."

British Airways delivered the experience you would expect when traveling First Class. While other airlines have forgotten what it means to deliver First Class service, BA went the extra mile to deliver a real first class experience. In this world that is charging first class prices for second class service, our experience what quite a surprise. Thanks you so much. We'll be back!
We could not get the boarding pass of the machine and had to stay in a Q which took almost 55 minutes before we got hold of the agent. We had to literally run to catch the flight and could not buy the food that we wanted from the airport. My wife did not eat as the food was not to her liking . Agent could not locate out booking initially and it took a long time to resolve. The seats (2 seats upper deck combo) that we paid for 1 month ago were allocated to another passenger and instead we given a 3 seat combo and had to be next to a sick passenger who was coughing throughout the flight. That made us very comfortable for the entire 8 hrs. flight journey The entire experience was not satisfactory.

Pros: "The crew saw I was travelling with my young son; baby and elderly parents. We were placed at the front of the crew and were kind enough to allow me to board first."
Cons: "Most passengers had to put cabin bags into the hold. These were taken at the gate, it would have been nicer to have had this notified by text or when checking in so the bags could have been left at the check in desk."

Cons: "My flight Paris/London/Manchester?Chicago was the mos impleasant experience I ever had. On July the flight was schedule for 9...pm then delayed for two hours because of a fire, other passengers said, in London. At around 11pm, we were asked to line up for boarding. We stayed on line for an hour and fnally to be told the flight was cancelled. We were treated less than animals by British Airway. No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!!! No ACCOMODATION!!!!!!! We slept on benches at the airport. To be fair to you, I will not recommend British Airway to anyone."

Cons: "Online layout of the plane is deceiving. The plane isn't separated into classes is just a standard set up throughout the plane. Also the more leg room seats that your party for is almost not worth it as the additional leg room wasn't even noticeable. Again the layout of the plane was standard."

Pros: "Because of the fire to the Notre Dame Cathedral, trains were not stopping on the route we needed to get to to the airport. We left with plenty of time to spare, and because no one at the airline mentioned that delays could be a possibility due to this, we ended up missing our flight."
Cons: "I'm not usually one to complain, but this situation was very difficult and even dangerous. There was zero communication from the airline about this, and we'd appreciate if the airline could pay for our new airfare and our Uber ride from the train station to the airport."

They said throw them away or you have to stay in Portugal and can’t go to Madrid. We missed our connecting flight. Worst flying experience I’ve ever had! No one was apologetic."

After calling the 3rd party (kiwi) that kayak sold the ticket through, they were extremely unhelpful and could not accommodate me at all to try to get me on a flight to make my work obligation. Needless to say I missed the meeti"

Cons: "After initial flight was delayed, we were refused check-in stating "the gate has closed" even though the flight was delayed for about an hour and we were there 25 min before the original set off time. We had to pay for a new ticket, which was also delayed, where boarding didn't start until about 40 min after stated time, and set off and hour after stated time."

Cons: "On arriving two hours early to my flight I was told that I was being put on standby because the flight was full. Not sure how I got bumped from a flight that I bought a ticket for 3 weeks ago? Upon waiting at the gate I came to realise that 17 other people had also been bumped. How does an airline overbook a flight that much? We were led to the baggage claim and told to pick up our bags to be rechecked- then the flight attendants disappeared, giving us no further direction as to where to go or what to do. My bags did not arrive on the carousel, either did anyone else’s that had been bumped. We walked up to the check in desk only to be told to consult the baggage service desk downstairs. Upon doing that we were told to go back to the check in desk. After going to the check in desk again we were told to go to the customer service desk. After doing that and waiting another half hour, we were given new tickets and told that our baggage had left on our original flight and would be waiting for us in Barcelona once we got there. Our compensation for all of this hassle was only a free meal from the restaurant. When we went to the restaurant we were told that we were only allowed one of the cold sandwiches and a small drink. Absolutely appalling as we were starving and exhausted. All of the flights were also delayed, however all the boards continued to say they were ‘on time’. The board for the flight we eventually took said we were ‘on time’ despite the fact we were still standing at the gate at the time we were supposed to depart. After arriving on a flight 5 hours later than we should have arrived, We were then told by the baggage desk that the luggage had not arrived in Barcelona and were instead back in Paris. So the staff in Paris blatantly lied just to get us to leave them alone. No apology was offered at any point of this whole ordeal, no compensation other than a sandwich and a bottle of water, and i’m now left with absolutely nothing but the clothes on my back. Not even a complimentary toothbrush which has been given to me along with toiletries and a t-shirt the last time my bags were delayed. Absolutely appalling from all aspects of this whole company. I am sorry to say I’ve already booked my return flight, however after that flight I am never flying Vuelig again!"

Cons: "I was not able to check into the flight online as the Kayak link sent me to an unknown page. It was not an Iberia flight but was operated by Veuling airlines, however was still unable to check in by going directly to the Veuling website. If you're not going to be allowed to check in online, that is one, thing, but it isn't great to be given a link that doesn't work and then be nervous that you are not going to get on your flight. The boarding process should be changed as it is a free for all and people are waiting in line on the jetway, when really they are waiting for the buses. I believe the plane was at Terminal 2, so we had to switch terminals via bus. Just seemed as though there should be a better process for boarding than lining up down the middle of the terminal or manage the process differently as we were boarding buses."

We each paid for 10kg checked in luggage. Flying out there were no issues sharing one case (20kg). Not so coming back. Additional £48 charge and unable to provide an explanation of why it was ok on one journey but not the other, or indeed what material difference it makes between 2x10kg cases vs 1x20kg case. Scam, and appalling from Ryanair.

Customers should be told about their new 'rules' and all the extra costs at the point of purchasing the the ticket as when you add the extra costs on the flight is no longer a bargain and flying with BA is a much better option."
Cons: "First they called us to gate 102, then just before boarding they announced we had to go to gate 110. The plane had a ‘technical’ problem and we had to change planes with a large delay."

Then it was back and forward between the life chat and the contactform. Each of them pointing to each other to find a sollution.... guess what... nobody did"
