Cons: nothing
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Lovely Caribbean style apartments, clean and spacious, room safe for your valuables - did not have to pay extra for this. Lovely gardens and pool and lovely staff - I really could not complain about this property.
Cons: The are seemed very quiet and not that many places to eat within walking distance - you really do need a car. The photos show a welcome pack of fruit/ food etc as its self catering - I thought this was a nice touch as we arrived on a Sunday afternoon unfortunately this was not provided which I think was a little misleading of the photos on the booking website but otherwise I really cant complain.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Staffs are well behaved
Cons: They don't have any restaurant and we booked a room with extra price...it was supposed to be pool facing but they gave a room which is not pool facing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I loved the quaintness of the property and the accessibility to the beach and restaurants.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The friendly staff, cleanliness, wonderful orchids in garden and such easy access to a beach.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location right on the beach. The gardens are beautiful and well maintained. The accommodation was clean and spacious. The staff are very helpful and do their best to find out any information requested. They located an excellent instructor to give me swimming lessons. They arranged car hire for me and gave many recommendations on places to visit.
Cons: Some more equipment in the kitchen would've been good. The safe in my room was not working which was a bit inconvenient. The noise from construction machinery at the hotel next door was very annoying, especially early on a Sunday morning.

Pros: Very beautiful garden ,nice views, Tranquility with style. Also it’s still a high class family hotel! A lot of upper class hotels in Antigua are boring “adults only” hotels in the meanwhile . So,even when i‘m alone travelling ,I would prefer such a normal nice atmosphere. Breakfast was very good!
Cons: At the front desk ,Alicia was incompetent and unfriendly. When I asked for a room ,she told me ,the hotel is full. I used wifi from the hotel to book than my room there via booking com... Afterwards she let me obviously waiting a long time until I got the room. When I asked her if there is a welcome drink offer ,like usually everywhere in Antigua ,she told me „off course“ But she didn’t do anything, that i get something to drink... Kind of rude!
10.0 Excellent

Pros: The staff were ultra friendly and very helpful with organising taxis, restaurant bookings. Great vibe in the hotel with spectacular views. Room had masses of space and a balcony.
Cons: The cocktails could be improved. Rather too sweet for our liking.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: great hotel, located on the hill over looking Dickenson Bay, great views, and away from the hustle of the beach. staff were very friendly and attentive, the reception team let us leave our suitcases at the hotel two days prior to us checking in, which meant that we didn't have to carry them over to Montserrat. Food at the Restaurant was excellent, with a wide verity of options for breakfast, lunch and evening meal. The restaurant also attracted local dinners, which is alway a good sign. the hotel offers a free shuttle service to the beach and back, which is great for getting back up the hill. The hotel is also used by the BA cabin crew again another good sign.
Cons: nothing to not like, we feel we received good value for what we paid.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything

Nestled on the beach, this Jolly Harbour property is just steps from Leeward Islands and Jolly Beach. Hermitage Bay is 2.2 mi (3.6 km) away.
7.1 Good
Pros: Beach was beautiful
Cons: Did not like all the noisy vendors bothering everyone on the beach to buy stuff or rent a jet ski . The beds were hard as a board with a sheet on top. TV was the old square heavy type with poor reception and the WiFi that you have to pay for (all inclusive?)in the room was very poor. The restaurants had great food but you had to pay for the good stuff like lobster etc.( all inclusive?) so for an all inclusive you still have to carry around currency? The resort is old built in the 60s but still functional but in need of a major restoration. When it rained there were major leaks in the ceiling coming into the building. Most all of the staff were great and helpful when you need assistance.

Menu was the same the food was ok but it was always the same meal everyday .watersports equipment needs to change . property looks like it need a face lift a little paint.the the restroom in the lobby area was my first turn off when I first got here. 3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location beach. Lot to eat in all inclusive
Cons: Room set up and very poor internet service in my room
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The workers were helpful
Cons: The location
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The beach was the only beautiful part of this resort. Though there tended to be more seaweed in the water than any other beach, even with Sandals right next door
Cons: Although the resort was inexpensive, the value for the money was miserable. Unfriendly staff, sub-par food, and not much to do activity wise. I woke up in the middle of the night extremely thirsty but found that there was zero access to water anywhere on the resort. I, as well as many other guests I spoke with, will not be returning.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Close to the beach close to airport, nice staff
Cons: Could have a variety of breakfast food
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The food was amazing
Cons: The sink, water was not flowing properly
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: The staff for the most part were extremely friendly and quick to help. The food was exquisite.
Cons: My room looked nothing like the pictures. There were no blackout curtains as promised. The TV did not work. The furniture was dirty and in disrepair. There was black mold growing in the bathroom. No water pressure for a shower and bugs/mosquitoes everywhere. I regret ever booking a stay.
