Pros (+) They had a very nice breakfast, staff was very nice

Cons (-) That I paid more for the room booking though Kayak than I would have if I booked the room directly through hotel. The section we stayed in was very run down and not very friendly to the eyes.

Pros (+) Proximity to family.

Cons (-) Afterthought second tub placed next to bed. Tile floor was grimy. Christmas Eve, women's jeans went missing from dresser. Day after Christmas, earrings disappeared from bedside table. Spoke to manager of house keeping and his story appeared contradictory and misleading. He was the only one working on one of the days, though we heard sometimes his wife comes in to help.
