Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near public transport, making it easy to access the city and local attractions. The staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and professional. However, many reviewers noted issues with cleanliness, such as dirty bathrooms, unclean rooms, and poor maintenance. Several guests also mentioned uncomfortable beds and problems with noise from neighboring rooms or the hallway, which affected their sleep quality.
