Guests say

Guests praised the hotel's convenient location, often noting its proximity to the city center, park, or scenic surroundings. Some guests found the beds comfortable and the rooms suitable for short stays. However, many reviews highlighted issues with cleanliness, outdated facilities, and difficulties with service, especially regarding check-in and staff availability. Breakfast arrangements were frequently criticized, with guests mentioning that it was served offsite or was not available as promised. Overall, while the location and some aspects of comfort were appreciated, significant improvements are needed in cleanliness, service, and breakfast offerings.
