Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast for its variety and quality, the convenient and attractive location, and the friendly, helpful service. Many also appreciated the direct access to the wellness amenities such as the Therme and sauna. While the overall cleanliness was generally acceptable, a few guests noted issues with room cleaning. Some rooms and facilities were described as dated or in need of renovation, and noise from the street was occasionally mentioned.
