Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's breakfast for its quality and variety, as well as the spacious and comfortable rooms. While many found the staff friendly and helpful, several reviews noted issues with dinner and buffet quality, with complaints about limited choices, high prices, and food not meeting expectations. The wellness and pool areas received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying the facilities and others finding the pool too cold or the spa lacking in cleanliness. Overall, the hotel is appreciated for its location and breakfast, but there are recurring concerns about the restaurant and some aspects of service.AI-generated from customer reviews
