Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, especially its proximity to tourist attractions and the old city. Many found the staff friendly and helpful, with several reviewers mentioning specific employees by name for their excellent service. However, cleanliness was a recurring issue, with multiple guests reporting dirty rooms, unpleasant smells, and a need for renovation. Breakfast received mixed reviews, with several guests finding it lacking in variety or quality. Room sizes and comfort were mentioned occasionally, with some finding rooms small or beds uncomfortable. Overall, while the location and service stood out positively, cleanliness and breakfast quality were common concerns.
