Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location near shops and amenities, as well as the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, many reviews mentioned issues with cleanliness, including dirty or worn bedsheets, unpleasant smells, and poorly maintained bathrooms. Several guests found the rooms to be small and some amenities, such as the TV, water heater, and WiFi, were often not functioning properly. While the hotel is considered suitable for budget travelers, improvements in cleanliness and facilities are needed to enhance the overall guest experience.
