Pros (+) The location - beautiful beach partially visible from room. Friendly staff.
Cons (-) AC didn't really work. Generally room needed some updates - pretty dated in some ways.

Pros (+) You can't beat the location. Face Rock beach was right there, gorgeous views and lovely sand and rocks to climb on.
Cons (-) It's definitely an older hotel, needs some upgrades.

Pros (+) The ocean view was absolutely first rate, and could not be improved upon.
Cons (-) This facility should have had a renovation and update decades ago. Even new paint would help out.
