Pros (+) Very convenient for walking tour of the city. Ideally placed for bars and restaurants in the old quarter.
Cons (-) Tea and coffee in the room would have been nice. Vending machines in reception not quite the same.

Pros (+) Great location - right across the street from the Gothic Quarter, but not right in it, so very easy to get to. Nice, helpful staff. Clean rooms. On a main street, but rooms were still very quiet. I'd recommend staying here!

Pros (+) The Hotel Ciutadella is a very quaint boutique hotel. It is only 4 stories, with a small number of rooms. The rooms are good sized, and decorated nicely. Several other reviews mention a foul odor emitting from the bathroom drains. I could detect this odor too, but at least it wasn't overpowering, at least not in my room. I was fortunate to request and receive an upper floor room (4th), so I would ...
