According to the listing on KAYAK app this hostile was handicap accessible ( which the staff once I arrived agreed that it was ) but the room that they initially put me in had steps go into it and they put me on the top bunk. When I pointed out the flaw in this they move me to a different room that had more people in it, I had booked a bed in the 10 room they put me in a bed and a 12 room which was cheaper when I pointed out that it was cheaper am I getting the money back they said no because they were moving somebody from a bigger room to a smaller room which is more expensive and they can’t charge him more because they screwed up so they just won’t charge anybody since I paid more for a smaller room and I’m getting a bigger room that will cover this guy who paid less for a bigger room getting moved to a smaller room. So basically I was getting penalized because the room that I was placed in when it was supposed to be handicap accessible head steps so they were penalizing me for being handicapped. On top of that neither the bathroom north of showers were handicap accessible especially the toilets. I admit I’m not a skinny guy am a fat guy but still when I was standing with my back against the wall the door to the toilet wouldn’t go past my belly. And if it won’t go past just me standing there’s no way that somebody in a wheelchair could use this. So I don’t understand how they claim to be handicap accessible. Also the building was rather run down and I stay there for five days and there appeared to be some sort of substance on the floor of the shower to me looked like human waste that was sitting on the floor of the shower I was there for five days and stay the entire time so whatever it was the showers were not getting scrubbed
