For the price point I expect better. The lobby and common areas are disjointed and small. Not at all welcoming or allowing for guests to wait comfortably while waiting for transfers. The main dining area is small, poorly organized and the food on offer were not at the right temperatures. Our balcony guest room had a nice view, a nice amount of space.
