Pros (+) We drove down to Manchester from our home in VT the night before flight during a storm. Everything was upfront, clean, and professional and we made it to our flight with no stress or complications.
Cons (-) Nothing.
Pros (+) Reported problem with our shower to front desk and no housekeeping for our room. They did nothing. Same problem next day, so we left for another hotel. Country Inn across the street was Great.
Cons (-) Poor service even when you complain to front desk. Will contact Hilton.com to let them know about our poor experience. Also, beware if you book through KAYAK this hotel won't accept your frequent stay card or status, so no points and no upgrades.
Pros (+) Free dinner/drinks on Monday and Thursday. The room was super nice and clean. The staff were pleasant and polite.

Pros (+) This hotel was very clean, and I felt very safe in the location. The room was also clean, very spacious, and had ample desk space to get some work done. The breakfast had options for everyone from fruit and yogurt to oatmeal to waffles. There was also a large pool, which I didn't get to use but looked clean and spacious.
Cons (-) The hotel staff didn't seem to know how to provide a receipt for a guest who booked online through a travel site. I got differing scenarios from both the agent I checked in with and out with.
