Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's outstanding service, with many mentioning helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond, including special touches like birthday surprises and efficient concierge assistance. Cleanliness is another strong point, with multiple reviews describing rooms and facilities as spotless and well-maintained. The location is appreciated for its proximity to attractions and convenience, although a few mention it's a bit far from some tourist areas. Bed comfort receives positive remarks, with guests noting comfortable mattresses and linens. Breakfast is frequently praised for its quality and variety. Some negative feedback includes issues with English proficiency among staff, occasional problems with room amenities, and isolated complaints about value for money and outdated facilities, but overall, the positives far outweigh the negatives.
