Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's friendly and helpful staff as well as its excellent location, which is close to popular attractions and convenient for travelers. However, many reviews mention issues with cleanliness, such as unclean rooms, unpleasant odors, and insufficient housekeeping. Some guests also feel that the hotel does not offer good value for the price, citing high costs compared to the quality of services and facilities. Breakfast receives mixed feedback, with some guests finding it satisfactory and others disappointed. Overall, while the service and location stand out positively, improvements are needed in cleanliness and value.

Pros (+) Friendly and helpful staff. A convenient shuttle (24 hours) to the airport

Cons (-) The shower head was somewhat damaged and it sprayed more water from its side than its head. Tile floor needed some cleaning.
