The woman who worked the morning shift was able to give us our refund quickly and she was friendly.
The smell of cigarettes was overwhelming. You cannot escape the smell at all. Our room which was non-smoking smelled like smoke. The hotel just feels unsafe and it was not a place that we were at for long. It was loud and we could hear people screaming expletives throughout the building.

No hair dryer to use. No tissue. Was lucky to have towels and cups. Internet didn't work. It was having issues I guess. When front desk was called to report the problem, I was given an 800 number to call. I thought that was weird. Not a great stay.
